What Does A Piña Colada Taste Like?

A Piña Colada tastes creamy, tropical, sweet, and refreshing with strong pineapple and coconut flavours.

What Alcohol Is In A Piña Colada?

A classic Piña Colada is made with white rum.

Can I Use Coconut Milk Instead?

You can, but the drink won’t be as thick or creamy.

Is A Piña Colada Sweet?

Yes, but the pineapple keeps it tasting fresh rather than overly sugary.

Can I Add Other Fruits To A Piña Colada?

Yes. Mango, passionfruit, banana, and strawberries all work really well.

How Cold Should A Piña Colada Be?

Very cold. A properly blended frozen Piña Colada should almost have a soft-serve texture.

What’s The Biggest Mistake People Make With Piña Coladas?

Using too much ice. It waters everything down and kills the creamy texture.

Why Does Coconut Cream Make Such A Difference?

It gives the cocktail that rich silky texture people expect from a proper Piña Colada.
